The Brain Call provides phone-based voice assessment tooling for researchers, clinicians, and authorized study teams. The platform is intended for research workflows and clinical decision support.
2. Not Medical Diagnosis
The Brain Call does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency triage. Any outputs are informational and must be interpreted by qualified professionals.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use The Brain Call lawfully, obtain required participant consent, and avoid unauthorized or deceptive calling behavior.
4. Privacy & Data Handling
Call recordings and metadata may be stored for study operation and analytics. Customers are responsible for configuring retention, consent, and compliance requirements applicable to their jurisdiction.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for securing credentials, API keys, and access controls for your organization.
